Very disappointed with Red Wing Shoes. My hard working boyfriend bought these $200+ Irish Setter Red Wing Work Boots about 7 months ago and this is what has happened to them. They have been like this for over a few months now. When we tried to call the store he bought them from in Joplin, MO we were told they MAY be able to replace them only if it was a manufacturer defect. Sorry, but my other half works his tail off and is a concrete finisher. He actually puts his boots to use. He is now back to wearing his CHEAP Walmart boots from two years ago that he spent $50 on and are still in decent condition compared to these boots. We have tried reaching out to Red Wings Corporate directly and everything is ignored.

There are holes in the soles, holes in the toe of the shoe, the sole to the boot that attaches to the toe was falling apart so he had to put a SCREW in it to hold it in place, the liner inside of the boot has completely deteriorated, and the sewing to the side of the boots is coming apart. Obviously with all of this and having to pour concrete and deal with concrete he CANNOT wear these boots anymore due to possible concrete burns!

I guess this is what you get when you are a hardworking individual in America and pay good money for something...JUNK!
